A Power of Attorney is a legal document whereby one person (the Donor) gives another person (the Attorney) power to act on his behalf, and in his name, in respect of his financial affairs.

The many different types of Powers of Attorney and they work in different ways. However the most effective one is the Lasting Power of Attorney. This vital documentation give someone you trust the authority to act on your behalf in either property and financial matters or in relation to your health and welfare matters.
